This leading international cost and project management consultancy currently urgently requires a Senior Cost Consultant with post contract experience and a proven track record on major projects in the GCC.
Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the Post Contract Commercial Management including managing claims, variations and closing of accounts on major healthcare and education projects in Abu Dhabi.
To qualify for this position, you will be degree qualified with a relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or other building related degree. You will have at least 5 - 8 years post qualification experience gained from working for 1st tier consultancies on major building projects particularly in the Post Contract stages. You will be a good communicator and an effective team leader with the ability to manage a multi-national team. Middle East experience is essential and the right can do attitude and ambition to progress your career is essential.
