My client requires the services of an M&E Building Services Manager on a permanent basis.
As the Building Services Manager you will be responsible for the M&E aspects of implementation, delivering and managing PPM programs and projects between £10-15M.
The key candidate will be able to:
Ensure projects and services are delivered through the organisation's agents, consultants and contractors to the appropriate standards.
Monitor and manage team performance effectively.
Essential Experience:
CIBSE chartered
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant industry experience
Preferable Experience:
Knowledge of public sector, especially schools and educational establishments.
Understanding of NEC projects.
