My client in a small Main Contractor operating from their HQ in South East London. With a turnover of £50m they have an aggressive growth plan they have a immediate requirement for a Site Manager for Window replacements and façade repairs.
This is a short term contract (18 weeks).
As a must you will be an experienced Site manager with a proven track record in similar projects (Window replacements and façade repairs) where program is key.
Candidates will be rewarded with a strong basic package and an opportunity to work within a young vibrant team.
