Joining a renowned facilities & maintenance organisation the role will involve providing Building Control expertise to a variety of clients. The role will involve appraising plans, calculations, specifications, carrying out site inspections of properties, surveys and reports relating to the DDA, access and other health and safety issues. There will be direct liaison with clients, and autonomy to make sure projects are managed correctly. The projects are predominantly commercial, private and public sector.
The ideal candidate will have five years plus of building control experience and be professionally qualified or working towards.
There is a competitive salary £35-40k, company car, private healthcare, pension and other associated benefits. The job will be based from home. Working hours are 37.5 per week.
