Pre-Construction Design Manager - Essex
The Company
My client is a national Main Contractor with a secure workload of upcoming work, to keep this consistency of work they are looking to recruit an experienced Pre-construction Design Manager to join the team.
The Role
The successful Design Manager will be working on various general build projects at pre-construction stage and supporting the Design Management function as a senior representative within the business.
Requirements
-Previous Main Contractor employment is essential.
-Worked previously in a Design Co-ordinator / Manager role.
-Experience working on general build projects (Education, Healthcare, MOJ, Commercial, Industrial, Retails etc).
-Due to the nature of their work candidates with Residential related experience are not desired as this is a limited work source for their business.
-Experience working on projects valued form £5M - £30M.
-Tender Stage / pre-construction experience.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-UK Driving Licence.
Remuneration
The successful Design Manager will receive:
-£50,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary
-Car / Car allowance
-Fuel Card
-Healthcare
-Pension
