You will be responsible for:
- Managing the operational budget
- Financial commitments, risk and managing opportunities which are monitored and forecast correctly
- Manage all expenditure on contracts
- Ensuring contracts are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions on the FM contracts
You will also be a key part in the procurement of FM contracts, managing new opportunities and driving commercial decisions for your region.
The role will require you to be able to build strong internal relationships with other divisions of the organisation including operations, finance and projects.
We are looking for a Commercial Manager who has a track record or working across either FM, projects or construction contracts.
You will have a strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain.
Candidates will need to be able to show a strong track record of working across multi site contracts.
Experience of PFI contracts would be preferred however on essential.
The successful candidate will therefore be able to show adaptability and strength in driving a well managed and organised contract.
The organisation is London based and candidates will need to be able to commute into central London on a daily basis

Up to £60,000 plus package and competitive bonus
