Large building services consultancy with several offices across the UK has a need for an Associate Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias) to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
You will oversee a team of mechanical, electrical and public health design engineers working on a number of projects ranging from sports centres and educational buildings through to police stations and mail facilities.
You will manage projects, looking after budgets, maintain existing client relationships and foster new ones, develop technical requirements and specifications, ensure compliance with CDM regulations and appraise your team`s performance.
You should be qualified to HNC / HND level (or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical, public health or building services engineering. Ideally, you are a chartered engineer and a member of a relevant engineering body, for example CIBSE. You must have previous consultancy experience as a Building Services Design Engineer and you should have experience at associate level.
