Our Client, a large Main Contractor is looking to engage 2 X Project Managers on a Freelance basis with immediate effect to run 2 projects in Larkhall & Armdale respectively.
Previous experience running New Build commercial / industrial projects to the value of circa £4M is preferable. The projects start on site Mid May so pre construction work needs to commence with immediate effect. Reporting into an Account Manager with 2 Site Managers reporting in. Responsible for procuring the sub contractors in conjunction with the QS, site set up, producing a programme of works, liaisng with the client, progress reporting.
The projects are essentially new build steel frame warehouses, with cladding and external car parks through to internal fit out for a supermarket chain.
The candidate will ideally have CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid and be computer literate.
