Our client is a leading fit out contractor and is looking for a Senior Projects Manager to join their team to be based out of their offices in the Thames Valley. As Senior PM you will oversee multiple office fit out projects at any one time, project values can range from anywhere between £100k - £10mil although typically they will be between £250k-£4mil.
Candidates must come from a Project Manager background working for fit out main contractors
Responsibilities
- Pre-contract design
- Attending presentations
- Programming & planning
- Client / Landlord / Local Authority liaison
- Health and safety duties
- Contractual letters
- Weekly visits & chairing meetings
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Degree qualified (or equivalent)
- CSCS Managers card
- First Aid qualified is desirable
