Role
Successfully deliver an efficient estate services through in house and subcontract arrangements.
The successful candidate will need experience of delivering estate management works.
Have knowledge of process management and cost management skills.
The main aim of the post is to assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the projects.
To report any defect, or Health & Safety concern, no matter what it’s nature, to your line manager.
Manage and administrate operations of multiple properties for employer.
Work closely with individuals of the property.
System and Procedure development.
Oversee major renovation, design and construction and land altering projects, act as liaison between employer and contractors.
Oversee security requirements.
Any other estate matters that deem necessary.
Compliance with regulatory bodies on each property.
Qualifications
Degree in Estate / Property Management
Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Experience Required
