Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager required for high end residential main contractor to work on high end residential projects in central London ranging in value between £1m - £2.5m as No1 on site.
Candidates must have a proven track record with solid periods of employment with strong firms and ideally experience of working on high end residential projects in excess of £2m - £3m as No1 on site or larger as a No2.
Candidates must be client facing as well as being highly ambitious and driven to succeed in a pressure environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a established company. Experience on both the pre and post contract would also be helpful
