Our client are an established Main contractor specialising in Commercial new builds & refurbs ranging in value from £500,000 - £5 million. Based on the outskirts of Bromley they have a busy head office with over 25 commercial staff.
Due to a recent internal change they now seek an enthusiastic assistant Buyer to join the team on a permanent basis. As the title suggests the successful candidate will be assisting the senior buyer helping place orders, carry out take-offs and gather/negotiate prices with suppliers. Whilst the role is a junior one some buying experience is necessary as you will be expected to carry out elements of the role straight away.
Graduate surveyors who are happy to work in the buying team 2/3 days per week will also be considered but you will need some element of buying experience
With the role being permanent you must also be happy working and traveling to bromley on a long term basis. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
