Project QS. Based between South Manchester and Stoke.
A national contractor based in the North West is looking to recruit a Project QS to join their established but expanding division. As an organisation they specialise in design and build, maintenance, facilities, civil engineering and infrastructure. values upto £100m.
This individual will be joining the maintenance and social housing division responsible for working on externals and internals refurbishments, planned and reactive maintenance schemes covering Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside and South Manchester / Cheshire.
Ideal candidates must have previous experience working on social housing projects and be able to travel to the above areas.
