My client is one of the contractors working on a development in the South of Wales. The company is involved in a variety of construction projects throughout the UK and this role is to look after the Health and Safety of one of their sites.
A knowledgeable Site Safety Advisor is required to effectively oversee all aspects of health and safety within the site and to provide a single and clear point of communication for Health and Safety as well as to ensure compliance in a high-risk environment. The shifts for this role will be nights and it will run for approximately 4 months. There will be a heavy focus on Method Statements and Risk Assessments and the site will be entirely site based.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in all areas of health & safety and must have experience with working at high risk due to the nature of the project. You must have NEBOSH as a minimum as well as a valid CCSNG card.
