Reporting into the Regional Bid Manager you will be working through the Bidding/Estimating process for a wide range of schemes including Retail, Health and General Mixed Use Commercial schemes. These will range in value from £1m through to c£20m.
You are likely to be an Estimator with experience of bidding/estimating on multi-million pound schemes across the Retail, Health and General Mixed Use Commercial sectors. Ideally you will have worked for a main contractor or large sub-contractor and have a good working knowledge current estimating software. A keen eye for detail as well as sensible approach to risk mitigation will be an advantage.
My client is a main contractor with an enviable track record in the Retail, Health and General Mixed Use Commercial sectors.
£30-£35,000 plus package.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
