You will need to have a good all round knowledge of the Building Services industry and you will have previously worked for a Building Services Contractor. You will need to have good experience of using 3-D and AutoCAD for building services and you will also need to be computer literate with good IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft programs Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also need to have good communication skills and sound organisational skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
