A leading international law firm with offices throughout the UK, Europe and Asia are looking to appoint a Head of Facilities & Property to oversee the FM function of nearly 20 offices throughout the world.
This is a key appointment within the senior management team, and you will be responsible for over 130 staff and an annual budget of £50million. My client are looking to appoint an individual with extensive experience managing a multi-site property portfolio, developing a facilities strategy at a senior level, and with a strong interest in effective management of outsourced contracts. Experience on an international scale will prove advantageous for this position.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of leading major capital projects e.g. construction and fit out works and staff relocations and the ability to deliver operational excellence in Facilities Management.
