My client is major Marine Dredging Company in the Middle East. They are now seeking a Marine QA/QC Manager to work in the UAE with at least fifteen years experience in dredging projects in a similar role by major dredging companies in the Middle East as a QA/QC Manager. As QA/QC Manager you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Company Management System. You will be advising the Board on the policy and developments of the quality system . Maintaining the Company Management System (CMS) in line with the ISO 9001 requirements and coordinating the implementation of continuous improvement and maintaining a high level of quality awareness throughout the entire client's organisation by training and system-auditing. You will manage the department activities and representing the department at internal meeting as required. You will ensure the implementation of the targets set for the department in the company's operational plan. You will be monitoring the quality of the QA/QC operations and related staff throughout the whole organization and providing advise and support with respect to training and development. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and result driven and excellent in planning & organising. You are fluent in English both spoken and written. Preference will be given to Jordanian and Moroccan Candidates, but my client will consider other nationalities.
