A building services engineering consultancy in Surrey who specialise in Low Carbon Design and Energy Design on a range of projects including hospitals, health centres, laboratories, schools and offices no requires an experienced Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. You will need to be a good all rounder with some client facing experience. You will also ideally have gained som experience with using Cymap / Hevacomp, CIBSE Low Carbons Consultant and be a Level 5 Energy Assessor i.e. you would be able to generate and lodge EPC's via IES software. You will also ideally possess creativity, drive and enthusiasm and have a strong background in Mechanical Building Services design with the ability to undertake design calculations associated with all HVAC systems, be able to manage your own time and have a working knowledge of various relevant software packages and be fully familiar with UK building regulations and CIBSE codes.
