Structural Engineer - Napier

Our client is the largest engineering consultant in New Zealand which allows them to secure involvement across a wide range of project types and scale. They have built a reputation for leading the way with groundbreaking solutions and many of New Zealand's iconic projects carry their mark.

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years consultancy experience to join the Napier office. In this role your duties will incorporate the preparation and management of physical works contracts covering a range of local projects, assisting with tender and bid preparation and taking some project management responsibilities when required to ensure successful project delivery within budget and time frames. In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a strong technical design background, including knowledge of the relevant codes, standards and practises, and be able to communicate both with external clients as well as colleagues from different service lines.
