Fire Risk Surveyor
Our clients are looking to recruit six qualified Fire Risk Surveyors to join their existing team for an initial three-month basis ongoing thereafter. Our client's offices are based in Central London with excellent links to local bus and train stations.
The Job
As part of the Fire Risk team you will be carrying out assessments in residential properties. This will include single dwellings and medium to large estates.
You will also then liaise with the relevant teams to implement any changes that maybe required. You will also cost up any works that maybe required and implant the changes required. With your building surveying experience you will also look after any other related issues, such as general building surveying and the effects this will have on fire safety.
The Successful Candidate
A through understanding of building surveying and related issues
Fire risk assessment and project management experience
Experience of dealing with contractors and tenants
Experience in assessing residential properties
Good IT and report writing skills
NEBOSH
Fire Safety Order
Having a drivers license and a vehicle will be useful, however it is not an essential requirement.
