As a Surveyor for this local authority housing section, you will assume a leading role in support of the delivery of Client Services and Annual Maintenance.
You will ensure an efficient and effective service to provide repairs and maintenance surveying making sure all work is completed on time and to predefined standards of quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and service delivery is maintained at all times.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include providing an effective minor through to extensive works maintenance surveying service to Void and Occupied properties, assessing condition and identify building defects, to diagnose and specify appropriate remedies.
You will provide technical advice and support to all services, assist with insurance claims requiring Technical input, specifying and implementing works as necessary.
In addition you will carry out pre and post inspections as necessary to ensure specified works are undertaken to contract standards, preparing schedules of repairs, specifications and technical drawings and issue or supervise works to general repairs, voids, disabled adaptations or specialist works.
