Eden Brown are currently recruiting for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor for our client a Management and Property Consultancy in Leeds.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing Building Surveying division in Leeds. The role involves all aspects of traditional building surveying services across professional consultancy advice and contract administration of construction projects, from inception to completion. Within the role you will be working on a variety of projects in a wide range of commercial, education and public sectors.
Applications are sought from candidates with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent qualification / experience) in Building Surveying. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is essential, with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience in all key aspects of traditional building surveying disciplines and contract administration, with a focus on developing client relationships and taking autonomy for specific instructions.
Duties:
Independent delivery of building consultancy advice
Full duties as contract administrator
Client liaison and relationship development
