The Project Manager will be responsible for the UK representation of this development business and the delivery of this iconic London scheme. The scheme encompasses both Leisure and High End Residential aspects.
You will be responsible for the appointment and managementof consultant parties, design approval and ultimate delivery of the scheme.
The ideal candidate will posses:
- Relevant Professional Qualifications
- Experience of delivering high end residential schemes preferably in the London environment
- History of listed building projects
An International Developer
Salary circa £80k + package (dependant upon experience)
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
