Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Southampton
Salary up to £25,000 + Car + Package+ 20days Holiday + Bonus
Our client is a respected Cladding Subcontractor based in Southampton, they have been in business sine the 80's and have built up a strong reputation.
The company has seen a steady increase in jobs sine the start of the year and now need to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the busy commercial department.
You will be a motivated individual with at least 4 Years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally from a subcontractor.
On going training and development is on offer to the successful candidate; you will be working closely under the supervision of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
You will be able to demonstrate experience on working on projects from £1 to 5 Million and have experience working on JCT forms of contract.
The role entails at least 3 days a week travelling to site across London and the South Coast, you will be educated to HNC or Degree level.
The client is only accepting application from candidates who live up to half an hour travel from Southampton
