The position of Senior Project Manager – Rail will require the individual to maintain a thorough understanding of all rail projects being currently undertaken by the main contractor, covering London, the south and south west. The Senior Project Manager will be required to work closely with sub-contractors, Contracts Managers and the commercial team.
This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role where you will need to think on your feet. A technically minded individual, you must be a qualified civil engineer with experience in rail, bridges, structures and drainage.
You may already be working in a similar role or you may be a Senior Site Agent or Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career.
Essential Experience
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Experience of working on rail, structures, bridges and drainage projects
- Experience of working pre-contract
- Ability to produce technical writing for tenders
Desirable Experience
- M.I.C.E
