A leading multi-national, multi-disciplinary consultancy is now looking to recruit a Senior Acoustic Consultant to join their expanding EIA and Planning team. Our client operates on a multinational scale employing over 7000 personal work in a variety of sectors, including Architecture, infrastructure, environmental, and commercial.

Applicants must hold a minimum of 5 years acoustic consultancy work with a suitable level of experience within the renewable and wind farm sector. Candidates will have a BSc or MSc in Acoustics or a related subject area, a full UK driving licence, and the willingness to travel.

Preferable candidates will be experienced in dealing with public inquires, client liaison, EU policy, standards and legislations, and will be highly organised, with well developed communicative and IT skills.

The chosen individual will be expected to implement the most up to date procedures for noise and vibration monitoring, acquire and assess acoustic data, draft and proof read documentation such as reports and assessments, liaise with both staff and clients, and provide assistance and supervision to team members when necessary.
