My client is a subcontractor for major building companies handling refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.
Due to planned growth & recent project wins they require an Estimator to join their existing team in their Berkshire based office.
Remuneration:
Circa £35,000 to £45,000 + benefits
Location:
Berkshire
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years estimating experience
- Social housing refurbishment experience
- Sound knowledge of first principles
- Strong Excel software skills
