This leading international multidisciplinary consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Sustainability Consultant to lead their team of energy and sustainability experts in central London.

Qualifications: Ideally candidates will be educated to a degree level in a appropriate environmental / engineering discipline and will have membership to a relevant professional body. It is anticipated that the successful Principal Sustainability Consultant will be a licensed BREEAM assessor (preferably In-use and AP) and a code for sustainable homes assessor.

Location: London

Experience: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable experience in delivering expert sustainability consultancy services for both existing and new build developments. It is likely that the successful candidate will be experienced in energy feasibility studies, EPC's, CRC, completing sustainability chapters for environmental statements and staff management.

Duties:
- Leading a successful team to deliver expert sustainable solutions
- Keeping a up to date knowledge of all relevant current and future UK legislation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Project management
- Business development
- Expert technical and commercial report writing
