Planner - Construction - West Midlands
My client are a main contractor who are seeking a Planner to work on both tender and live works construction projects in the West Midlands due to their expansion and increased workload.
You MUST have the following to be considered:
- 3 + years in Planning
- General Build contractor experience
- Project experience in Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Retail or industrial schemes.
- A good track record of permanent employment
- Proficient in Asta Power Project
The Planner will be part of a small team of planners working on both tender and live works. You will be responsible for creating programmes, cost and resource loading programmes, monitoring, updating, progress reporting, Critical Path and S Curves.
There is an opportunity to step up into a Senior Planner role in the next 2-3 years.
The ideal candidate will receive:
