Due to continued expansion, a leading global consultancy has an immediate requirement for a Project Surveyor / Cost Manager to work on new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector.
Requirements:
- Education sector experience desirable but not essential.
- PQS / Consultancy background is essential.
- Cost planning / estimating experience required.
- Post contract cost management / reporting.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Ideally chartered, or working towards becoming chartered (MRICS, MCIOB)
- Must have a 'can do' attitude as this is a hands on role.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills.
