Senior Structural Engineer - Auckland

Our client has built a solid reputation for delivering engineering design solutions across a wide range of disciplines. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Structural Engineer to become part of their established team in Auckland and get involved in both projects of a local nature and those as a result of the unique situation that is the rebuild of the Christchurch.

In order to be considered for this position you will be a qualified Structural Engineer who has already gained a minimum 10 years experience within a consulting environment and therefore be able to display sound technical capabilities. Previous exposure working on projects involving seismic design will be of particular interest to our client in lieu of recent events. Furthermore, your communication skills (both written and verbal) will be of an excellent standard.

On a day to day basis you can expect to get involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle; from conducting feasibility studies, to design calculations, through to project management and contract administration, to business development and client liaison. The Auckland team is an enthusiastic and motivated group and as such are looking for a like-minded individual to join them.
