A Senior Quantity Surveyor with a stable background working for top twenty Main Contractors is required to join the regional commercial team of a well-established main contractor. Ideally educated to degree level, the Senior Quantity Surveyor should have experience working on schemes over £10m as commercial lead and be adept at managing both the sub-contractor and the client relationships and take responsibility for commercial reporting and for mentoring junior staff. He or she should expect to manage up to five staff and be able to demonstrate a successfull track record in a similar role This role is in build rather than civils and candidates will need recent relevant build experience.
