Design Engineer - Housing - West Yorkshire
The Company:
A reputable national housing developer working on both private and social housing projects that due to an increase in work are looking to recruit a design engineer.
The Role
As Design Engineer you will manage the engineering design from land appraisal through to construction issue.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Design Engineer role you MUST:
-Have previous experience within the House Building sector.
-Be able to co-ordinate design functions on various projects.
-Have an Engineering background.
-Ideally at least 5 years industry experience.
-Previous experience in House Foundations. Highways, Drainage and other Engineering Design issues.
-Manage technical submissions for approval by statutory authorities (e.g. S104, S38, S278).
-Civil / Structural qualification ideally.
-Proficient in AutoCAD.
Remuneration:
The ideal Design Engineer will receive:
-Up to £35,000
