Building Services Manager - Manchester
The company
My client is a reputable main contractor with a full order book who covers a wide variety of general build projects from £1million to £30million typically.
Due to further expansion, they are seeking a Building Services Manager to join an existing strong Design team incorporating both tender and live works.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a nation contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a bright future a head.
The Role
As Building Services Manager you will provide full Mechanical and Electrical co-ordination and management in pre-construction and live works environment incorporating value engineering and sustainable solutions e.g. BREEAM / renewable technologies.
Requirements
To be considered for this M&E Manager post you must meet the following criteria:
-Have previous experience as a M&E Co-ordinator / M&E Manager within a Main Contractor.
-Previously worked on general build projects (education, healthcare, commercial, leisure, industrial, retail etc).
-Experience working on projects between £1million and £30million.
-A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
-A relevant industry qualification.
Remuneration
The successful Design Manager will receive:
-Up to £45,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience)
