Quantity Surveyor - West Midlands - £15-£20 per hour -4 - 8 week contract with possible extension
A Quantity Surveyor is required to oversee commercial activity on a circa £1m project in Leicestershire. The scheme is a commercial project and the QS will be the commercial lead for this scheme and will report to the Commercial Manager. Candidates should have experience of running their own schemes and be able to work autonomously and be very competent in producing monthly CVRs.
The company is a well established main contractor , operating out of regional offices, and takes a keen interesting in supporting and developing local talent.
Candidates should ideally have main contractor experience and be of graduate calibre.
