We are still recruiting for an experienced Highways Design Engineer to work within our consultancy client`s Bedford office.
You should be an Incorporated Engineer (through ICE or CIHT) or approaching IEng status having completed the necessary training requirements and have experience in UK highways design with a focused approach to service delivery for clients.
You will be providing support to the Highways / Roads team within Bedfordshire Highways to assist in the delivery of a variety of highway projects. Work will involve a mixture of design work and site visits including surveys, inspections and supervising sub-contractors. You will also be required to prepare / check design calculations, drawings and documents, engaging in client and third party liaison.
