My Client is one of South Africa's largest civil and structural engineering consultancies with offices in most major South African centres. Working throughout Africa offering the full spectrum of engineering and associated disciplines. They are now seeking a South African National Senior Rail Engineer -For the Gauteng Region who has experience in the production/design or review of feasibility and detailed design of rail projects, drawings and documentation. Kknowledge of quality management. Experience in managing and providing technical guidance to junior staff, ability to prioritise/manage workload for self and others. Ability to develop client relationships/establish needs and coordinate with other engineering disciplines. Excellent communication and report writing. Minimum Requirements: B.Eng Civil. PR Eng : 5 years Railway Engineering experience : Good leadership and communication skills : Able to manage and lead engineering professionals : Excellent general management skills : Excellent Business Acumen and Negotiation skills
