An opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor has arisen to join the leading UK House Builder/Residential Developer based out of their offices in Chelmsford, Essex covering private housing projects in the Essex/Hertfordshire/East London areas.
You will have full commercial management responsibility and day to day running of 4 - 5 housing projects at any one time, from conception to final account completion.
Key Experience required for this role is:
± Wide experience in the discipline within the housebuilding industry.
± Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety requirements.
± Industry related business qualification, BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
± Preferably member of CIOB or RICS
± Experience of working for other House Builders/Residential Developers.
± Full, clean driving licence
