Pre Construction staff required for medium sized main contractor to work on high end residential / high spec hotel projects in central London based from Head Office in South West London.
Our client is ideally looking for Business Development Managers, Bid Managers, Estimators & Planners with experience of working on either high end residential, hotel or commercial fit out projects.
It is desirable for applicants to have a proven track record within a pre construction team on similar projects projects and long periods of employment with previous employers.
