This multi-discipline engineering building services consultancy in Birmingham is looking to recruit an ambitious Principal/Associate Mechanical Design Engineer for their Birmingham office. You will be expected to be hands on in the delivery of a wide range of Mechanical Building Services projects including detailed design, performance specification, condition surveys, design audits etc.; a solid technical background is therefore essential. You will need to be an ambitious Senior Engineer who is now looking to progress with a consultancy and you will ideally although not absolutely essential be Chartered and a member of CIBSE and be commercially minded. You will need to have good client facing skills and be responsible for the financial management of projects which include Healthcare, residential, education and leisure. They are looking for good team player who has an adaptable approach. Benefits include 6% pension contribution by employer, bonus scheme, death in service, 27 days holiday, flexi benefits.
