Ideally a Graduate with some construction experience to work for a Civils contractor in London. The company is heavily involved with sub stations and the associated Electrical, Building and Civil Engineering operations. You should be very clued up on IT, keen, bright and hard working
Your role will initially be head office based and will involve substantial amounts of data entry and production of reports and schedules. A lot of the current workload would be helping the Commercial Department with the entering of data on the various cost and management systems, getting sub-contractor quotes in, placing sub contracts and similar work.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with an Electrical Engineering bias you will be looking for a career in Construction and will already have ideally had some practical site experience.
The Company provides professional management services to the Construction Industry working on specialist services to the Rail, Power and Telecommunications industries in their Civils arm, as well as Building/Refurbishment projects in their Build division.
Operating from offices in the Enfield area you will be based there with a need to visit Clients, site and suppliers as required so a driving licence would be an advantage.
Salary. £20,000 to £23,000, negotiable based on your ability. Working hours are 0830 to 1730. The company is prepared to offer ongoing training and will help with further educational studies.
