Landscape Architect - Cornwall
My client is a professional consultancy, providing services in all aspects of ecology and landscape architecture. They are looking for a Landscape Architect to join the team based from their head office in Cornwall.
The ideal Landscape Architect will have at least 4 years experience and be working towards Chartered status, if not having attained it already. You will have proven design skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD. Experience in Resoft Windfarm and 3d modelling would be an advantage. You will have a good knowledge of landscape masterplanning, detailing and a good understanding of construction and engineering basics.
As a Landscape Architect you will act as project manager on some projects and team member on others. You will prepare base plans, masterplans and sketch designs, detailed design and production drawings, along with presenting designs to clients and other groups. Other duties will include undertaking LVIAs and undertaking site surveys and assessments.
