My client one of the most successful residential, leisure and commercial developers in Dubai and the Middle East are now seeking Project Managers to work in Dubai. You will have experience with contracting and PMC/Developer (combination is a must) on high rise projects. Prior experience in a similar role is a pre-requisite. You will be involved in all aspects of contract agreements & costs, and should be competent to make recommendations and bring value engineering to the project. As a Project Manager, you will handle multiple projects and will be responsible for directing the professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the projects through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters. You will have excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task. Only Arab and Indian candidates will be considered.
