A Surrey based construction contractor is currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a project in North London.
The Assistant Site Manager will be joining them to assist with the completion of a single residential property. The structural phase has now been completed; the Assistant Site Manager will assist the Site Manager in ensuring all the finishes are completed to the highest of standards, and within the time restraints. The Assistant Site Manager will overlook all labourers on site, and report daily to the Site Manager.
To be considered for this position, it is essential the Assistant Site Manager has experience working on high-end residential projects, whether it be new build or refurbishment works. It is preferable that you come from a trade background, and are willing to assist in a more hands on` role when required.
