This award winning construction company are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within there Commercial Team on a £40 million job in Central London. My client has a wealth of expertise across a range of markets within the private and public sectors. Working in a range of sectors including: Education, Housing offices, Student Accommodation, Leisure, Supported Living and Hotels.
The successful Surveyor will have to come with excellent construction experience and have worked on D&B projects ranging in value from £5M-£10M. Experience within the commercial main build sector would also be beneficial for this position. The candidate will have to have come from a construction build background and have good time served with a main contractor. Experience within the London market is essential.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package
