An established civil engineering and construction contractor based in Essex are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be required to create and manage relationships with clients, organisations and subcontractors, leading to more business for the group. The BDM will also be involved with the creating of marketing material, and targeting specific areas / potential clients with such material. The role will also involve the proof reading of PQQ and tender submissions.
To be considered for the Business Development Manager position, it is essential that a similar role has been held previously, and can show past successes with a construction and / or civil engineering company / contractor. Experience must be held in all of the above areas, along with proven ability of developing marketing strategies.
