An architectural and building design practice is currently looking for an Architectural Technician to commence a short term assignment. The company is based in Exeter but they work across the UK and internationally.
Due to an increase in their current workload, the company is looking to bring in an experienced architectural technician on a short term contract. You will be required to work on residential developments, so knowledge of building regs is essential. You must also be proficient at using AutoCAD.
The initial assignment is to last for a week but there is the chance that this could be extended. The company would be interested in a candidate who is local to the area, as they would like to have someone they could call upon in the future for further assignments. The hourly rate on offer is between £15-20 per hour.
