Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a Major National Contractor specialising in new build commercial projects - schools, offices, public sector etc. Project values up to £30m but seem to be typically around the £5m 15m mark.
They are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on site and head up a small commercial team on a school project value around £7.5m, the project is a large extension with minor refurbishment works.
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have project experience running £2.5 - 15m projects with a solid background (long stays at each company; will have commercial, Education and Residential experience and will be dynamic, and ambitious.
This is a very good opportunity for the right Senior Quantity Surveyor for a very well thought of contractor. I am looking to arrange interviews for next week with a start as soon as possible after that.
Essential experience:
·Design & Build
·Education, Commercial and Residential experience
·Previous experience running £5-£15m projects
·New build and Refurbishment Experience.
