Salary: c. £40,000 – 50,000 (dependant on experience)
Our client is a market leader in the Pre-Cast Concrete marketplace. Instantly recognisable as a Market Leader in their field, they set the standards within the market with their exceptional products and service. Through their unprecedented success and continued expansion and development there is now a requirement for a Sales Manager/Specification Sales Manager.
Outline of Responsibilities/duties:
This is a project orientated role that requires the candidate to be well versed in selling via the sales specification route;
You will oversee project procurement from outset to conclusion;
You will be selling to specifiers whether architects, surveyors, local authorities, or main and approved contractors.
Key skills/qualifications/experience required:
Sales experience
Good negotiating skills;
Commercial awareness;
Proven track record in Sales/Specification sales (desirable though not essential) selling to Main Contractors and Architects;
Professional, friendly and resourceful approach with outgoing personality and strength of character;
Computer literacy;
Sound organisational and administrative abilities;
Initiative led, driven, dynamic and motivated;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal mediums;
Presentation skills.
